I've thought about pursuing legal actions, but not sure if that would even help, considering their website doesn't show a mail address to send a certified letter, nor is there a phone number available to call. I could buy the software again, but I should not have to buy it a second time when I have only 1 computer. At this point, I assume that I'm not going to get a response. I thought maybe thier support team was just under heavy stress due to Covid, but it's been 4 months now, with still no response. I've tried contacting their support, with no responses from support. I tried multiple times, and I've looked in my spam and junk folders and disabled all filters to ensure that the email did got misfiled, with no success. I did not receive any email about my code being reactivated (like the previous time I had to do this). I was aware of their DRM feature about this, so I tried using the tool on their website to get my code reactivated. It was quite old, so I bought a new computer, and when I tried to install and activate Video Converter Pro, it refused to allow me to activate the software. My computer's hard drive crashed, and lost everything on it.
